Mountain Craft. Filming with Arc’terxy

I’ve literally just heard that this has premiered at the Kendal Mountain Festival 2014….

Back in June I wrote about how I was helping out on a shoot by Arc’terxy for British Mountain Guides, whom they sponsor.

The film “Mountain Craft” is about how guides take on all the challenges of mountain environments and manage them so that clients have the best possible experience. Guides Marc Piché and Andy Perkins share their thoughts on expectations and maintaining an acceptable level of personal risk, while still having fun. I had a really great time filming this and wish I could have been at Kendal to see is on the big screen!:

But it’s not the only film I’ve been lucky enough to appear in at Kendal this year. I’m also in “Running Wild”…. a film about Four British women taking on the challenge of the famous Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc (UTMB) races in Chamonix. I’m the most flustered and least well trained of the 4! Watch it here at BMC TV:
