I’ve been in Chamonix for nearly three weeks now and it feels like it’s been snowing for almost an eternity.
Apart from Wednesday the weather has been pretty bleak, despite the powder being pretty phenomenal.
Infact, Wednesday was the first day I actually managed to see much beyond the end of my ski pole….. and the views from the Grands Montets where something else…
My good friends at PlanetSKI reckon ” It seems hard to think of a better (start to a winter) with several large falls, record amounts of snow in places and all areas of the Alps now under snow.”
