It must be fate that after my first ’proper’ bike ride last weekend with the 5 Hills Challenge that I was asked a few days ago to take part in Ramsgate to London leg of the Innsbruck to London Charity Cycle Ride for a British charity, Disability Snowsport UK (DSUK). Again, I am a little anxious about my cycling ( or lack of cycling) abilities. But I have been promised a little push from behind when things get desperate
